We Love Javea And We'll Be Moving Here For Good

Me and my wife had already been on many holidays to Spain, and we love the place, but we frequently head to Andalusia. Just like how we love getting on an adventure, we also love change. So this year, we both decided to stay in Javea and rent one of those holiday apartments for rent near to the beach. The location does significantly surpass our standards. Javea is in Costa Blanca in the land of Valencia, province of Alicante. It features a plenty of Spanish tourist attractions and also has typical tourism destinations like many other seaside areas yet a more varied in nationality destination than you can ever imagine. We found out that the majority of the respectable Spanish families have been residing in Javea and we both finally feel somewhat more Spanish in this destination. So Spanish community is very accommodating and wishes to ensure the visitor feels cozy among us. The natives have really kept in tune with their past a bit more than other parts of the country. Yet being a tourist town you are never too far away from your home comforts.

Being further up from the equator, it isn't quite as hot compared to the southern tip of Spain, but the temperature is still incredibly hot.

Javea is as well a significant center where most of the main ancient buildings with Mediterranean architecture and style and old white washed buildings surrounding the maze of narrow winding streets is found and cherished. It's also possible to roam around and be pleased of how perfectly the beaches are as Javea gives you its 25 Km of beaches, a varied coastline of beaches and coves. Mainly, the complete stretch of coast is certain to delight you.

The Montgó Natural Park is very seriously worth seeing if you visit, and you're able to rent a bicycle within the town itself. Me and my wife are often around the go for an adventure and are constantly up to producing precious and memorable moments while we're nonetheless young and though we do not have youngsters yet to worry about so never did we miss the chance to hike up to the Montgó Mountain on our second day on foot! You can find amazing views to behold at the top of the summit and the gentle walk all the method to the summit was at all effectively worth performing. Attractive views from the top of the summit would also include Denia and Javea. It's advisable to bring lots of water plus some lunch though as there's no dining establishments or food shops nearby and it takes a while to mountain.

The "old town" a part of Javea is also an extremely nice location you don't desire to miss throughout your visit. Here you can discover the magnificent Gothic fortress church in the fourteenth century or be intrigued on the historical lookout posts perched around the mountain tops which were created to shield Javea from pirates and potential invaders. You might want to venture up a bit, there are many really good views of the whole enclave from the cliff situated on either side of the town. It's a great place for relaxing and sitting or picnicking or eating packed lunch. We have mostly covered all activities important to totally enjoy the visit like eating (mostly in this lovely eating place in Javea Bay - Sofia's Restaurant), scuba diving, lounging on the beach and on the sand near the sea. Basically, the week was spent in the encompassing area walking or cycling.

These are the reasons why we're here.

We enjoyed our holiday so much that we have agreed to move for good and re-locate there later in the year, and the second part of our holiday was spent actually looking for a villa for sale in Javea. We still need to make an informed decision which villa would be the new home for us and there are a number of ideal villas for sale to pick out. The market value of some villas for sale in this town is fairly high and could reach up to several millions of Euros because town itself is quite well-off and also simply because of its desirable location. We're not quite that wealthy and had budget of around 300,000 Euros to spend (including selling our current home) but for that money what you can buy is outstanding. A great mix of both contemporary and classic Spanish architecture is what we are looking into a lavish villa. It has its very own pool area and a sizeable garden. We're also enthusiastic about another villa that's not quite as large, similarly priced and near the canal. A lovely villa with 2 beds offering breathtaking panoramic views of the enclave from spacious balcony situated in the Castellans area of Javea is however what we found which is exceptionally only half the price of the other two. The only thing is that it lacks pool area but we think the balcony more than makes up for it and considering the money we can save, we can definitely choose to just renting out our current home rather than selling it.

We have totally fallen in love with Javea, with the countryside, the beaches, the people and the wonderful villas. We can't wait to move out there. We only need to come up with the a selection on which home we want as well as which home money can buy and we'll be both ready to make our new journey of starting out our new lives in this lovely country of Spain and in the worth staying place in Javea.
